This Alexander Technique retreat is the perfect get away for you , so that you can to focus on your health and wellness., as well as deepening your knowledge of the Alexander Technique. Whether you've had any lesson at all, or you've had lessons, and interested in  training, or you are a teacher looking for a holiday break, or teacher re-union you are welcome.   Release and let go in the Luxurious settings of the Sunny Caribbean Island of Jamaica. The focus  on this retreat is 'You'. By  having  daily Alexander Lessons you will begin to feel so much calmer, centred and upright. Tasks like walking, sitting, focusing, swimming, etc will become effortless. If you are a person that suffers with, stiffness, neck back or shoulder pain, poor posture, Brain Fog, Arthritis, Scoliosis, depression, or any other condition that affects your movements, and nervous system then this retreat is for you.

Not all ancestral trauma is from generations ago. Some of it was inherited through your experience while you were in your mother’s womb (and even your grandmother’s womb!)

 order to heal our deepest ancestral patterns and wounds that seem to follow us around our entire lifetime, we must heal our trauma from our time in our mother’s womb.

• Your parents may have gotten in a fight while you were in the womb, or one cheated on the other
• Your mother may have deeply wanted you but originally, your father did not
• Your mother may have lost a parent or a close friend
• The list of possibilities goes on and on — and most of the time, these traumatic stories go untold, yet they still impact you tremendously

Whatever emotions your mother experienced during your gestation, you also received. This is chemical and hormonal — and her perceived stress, sadness, or danger was shared with you because you were so deeply connected and living as one. These traumatic emotions may well play themselves out in your life. Becoming a rape or sexual abused victim, being beaten by a partner, verbally abusive relationships, low self esteem, and more. This retreat can help you to identify where your trauma is coming from and help you to heal the unhealthy patterns that could be affecting your life today.
